About

During the Covid-19 lockdowns, there wasn’t much to do so the early risers were up and “exercising” in gods country that is known as Mollymook Beach. Most of us were just trying to get out of the house legally and were walking the dog, on the way to work, or just checking out the surf.   The pubs weren’t open, however take away coffee was still permissible.  So we congregated at the coffee van adjacent to Mollymook Reef.  We had a chat most mornings while drinking our coffee at the covered picnic table near the coffee van.

We established we had a common interest in old vehicles and a few of us even had some sitting in the garage at home. So the idea of creating the Mollymook Beach Historic Vehicle Club was forged.  And here we are now an RMS approved Historic Vehicle Club.

We still meet most mornings weather permitting at that same picnic table near the coffee van at Mollymook Reef between 7 and 8am.
